The Habit That Leads Us to Eternal Life & Salvation

Habits guide our lives, and once formed, bad habits can last a lifetime. God’s people must not develop a habit of disobeying His word, as those who habitually disobey cannot be saved (Hebrews 3:14-18). One important habit for God’s people is keeping the Sabbath and Passover, which Jesus Himself practiced. When we follow God’s words and practice good spiritual habits, we will be greatly blessed in the Kingdom of Heaven.

How To Recognize Christ

Q: How could the disciples recognize Jesus even though His name is not found in the Old Testament?
A: The name “Jesus” is not recorded in the Old Testament. Even if the name “Jesus” was in the Old Testament, people would not believe in Him just because His name is Jesus. For example, 2,000 years ago “Jesus” was a common name in Israel (Col 4:11). Therefore, the name “Jesus” alone is not enough evidence to testify to the Christ.
