The Meaning of the Holy Trinity
Misunderstanding of the Trinity has led to much confusion about the Savior; however, the World Mission Society Church of God believes in the Trinity according to Bible Prophecy and believes that God the Father is God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel.”
Many sons would be born from the time Isaiah wrote these words and the time of their fulfillment. However, only one would be born of a virgin and fulfill the meaning of Immanuel as “God with us.” The New Testament testifies clearly about God who was born of a virgin.
“This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about … ‘what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus …’ All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: ‘The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel’ (which means ‘God with us’).”

Jesus was the prophesied Savior to come, conceived by the Holy Spirit. In this way, we can also understand that the Holy Spirit and Jesus are one.
“And with that he breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’”
This verse shows that the Holy Spirit comes from Jesus. Through just a few verses, we can see that God the Father was testified to come in the flesh as a son and be born through the Holy Spirit.
